2026 Mock Draft Monday 7.0: Offensive Focus Builds in Latest 49ers Projections

With the NFL Draft just a week away, mock drafts are continuing to reveal trends for the San Francisco 49ers at No. 27 overall.

In this week's roundup, analysts heavily lean toward offensive additions, particularly along the offensive line, with one Utah prospect drawing consistent attention. Analysts also look towards playmakers who could add another dimension to head coach Kyle Shanahan's offense.

Take a look at the latest projections from NFL Draft analysts:

  • Caleb Lomu - OL, Utah

"I gave the 49ers a long-term solution at left tackle in this exercise last year, and I'll do it again. Lomu would get the luxury of watching Trent Williams work for at least a year."

  • Caleb Lomu - OT, Utah

"San Francisco needs to find its successor to Trent Williams at left tackle. Spencer Fano has been the more-talked-about Utah OT throughout the pre-draft process, but Lomu actually manned the Utes' blind side over the past two seasons, offering a more prototypical frame for the position."

  • Caleb Lomu - OT, Utah

"Lomu played left tackle for the Utes last season, and although his game is still a work in progress, he's worthy of a first-round grade. He didn't allow any sacks in 2025."

  • Round 1: Caleb Lomu - OT, Utah
  • Round 2: Germie Bernard - WR, Alabama

"Lomu is the type of athletic tackle who can thrive in a Kyle Shanahan scheme. He needs to improve his nastiness and play strength, but when Trent Williams decides to hang it up, Lomu should be ready."

  • Max Iheanachor - OT, Arizona State

"Max Iheanachor didn't play football until 2021, when he began his career at East Los Angeles College. He's now one of the most intriguing prospects in this class. Yes, he's raw, but his size/strength/athleticism combination is rare. The 49ers might have found their Trent Williams successor here, though it's worth noting Iheanachor has played right tackle, not left tackle."

  • KC Concepcion - WR, Texas A&M

"Adept at breaking free of coverage and making things happen with the ball in his hands, Concepcion is the kind of target whose skill set could be maximized in Kyle Shanahan's system. The ultra-versatile slot dynamo could feast as a major run-after-catch threat who capitalizes on the attention that defenses place on Ricky Pearsall, Mike Evans and George Kittle, as well as Christian McCaffrey."

  • Kadyn Proctor - OL, Alabama

"Some see Proctor's ideal spot at guard, and with the 49ers losing Spencer Burford in free agency, the Alabama product could also help there, if Kyle Shanahan preferred."
