Regular Hours:
Monday - Saturday: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Closed on Wednesdays

Home Game Days:
The store opens 3 hours before kick-off and closes 1 hour after the end of the game

Day Before Game Hours:
10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Team Store will be OPEN Wednesday, September 10th from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm for the Rivalry Jersey Release Day
Team Store will be CLOSED Thursday, September 18th

Return Policy

Refunds will be given on items within 30 days with a receipt
Exchange of merchandise for items of equal or lesser value. (Value will be lowest price item has ever been sold) will be offered without a receipt
Exchanges and Returns must be in original condition, unworn, unused with original tags and labels
Size exchanges only on special events within 30 days (Super Bowl, NFC Championship, etc.)

Levi's® Stadium Faithful Mile Directions

Please use the attached map for parking access as well as the walking path to entry at Gate A. Please note - parking at Red Lot will be inaccessible from 3 PM-5 PM each day, guests will be instructed to park in the Yellow Lot garage if arriving past 3 PM. Please follow staff direction and signage instruction for walking path to Team Store.

Parking instructions

On non-event days, free public parking is available for those visiting the 49ers Team Store presented by Visa. Public parking can be accessed via Red Lot 1, off Tasman Drive. Levi's® Stadium is located at 4900 Marie P. DeBartolo Way along Tasman Drive.
