Store Hours

The 49ers Team Store is open to ticketed guests on home gamedays.
The store opens at Premium Gates (3 hours before kick-off) and closes 1 hour after the end of the game.

Regular Hours:
Monday - Sunday: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Day Before a Game: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Return Policy

Refunds will be given on items within 30 days with a receipt
Exchange of merchandise for items of equal or lesser value. (Value will be lowest price item has ever been sold) will be offered without a receipt
Exchanges and Returns must be in original condition, unworn, unused with original tags and labels
Size exchanges only on special events within 30 days (Super Bowl, NFC Championship, etc.)

Parking instructions

On non-event days, free public parking is available for those visiting the 49ers Team Store presented by Visa. Public parking can be accessed via Red Lot 1, off Tasman Drive. Levi's® Stadium is located at 4900 Marie P. DeBartolo Way along Tasman Drive.
