- QB Brock Purdy completed 22 of his 38 passing attempts for 309 yards and two touchdowns on the day. His passing touchdowns gave him four this season and 68 in his career.

- McCaffrey's 92 receiving yards mark his most as a member of the 49ers. With 88 receiving yards last week vs. Arizona (9/21/25) and 92 receiving yards on the day, McCaffrey became the first 49ers running back to register consecutive games with 80-or-more receiving yards since former RB Charlie Garner did so during the 2000 season.
- With 141 yards from scrimmage, McCaffrey registered his 61st career game with 100-or-more yards from scrimmage and his 24th such game as a member of the 49ers.
- McCaffrey's 61 games with 100-or-more yards from scrimmage are the most among active NFL running backs.
- With 142 yards from scrimmage Week 1 at Seattle (9/7/25), 107 yards from scrimmage Week 2 at New Orleans (9/14/25), 140 yards from scrimmage Week 3 vs. Arizona (9/21/25) and 141 yards from scrimmage on the day, McCaffrey became the first 49ers player to register 100-or-more yards from scrimmage in each of the first four weeks of the season since he accomplished the feat in 2023.
- TE Jake Tonges notched three receptions for a career-high 58 yards, including a 21-yard touchdown reception, marking the second touchdown reception of his career.
- Tonges' 21-yard touchdown reception also marked the longest of his career.
