- In the first half of tonight's game, QB Brock Purdy threw three touchdown passes to three different positions (22-yard touchdown pass to WR Demarcus Robinson; 2-yard touchdown pass to RB Christian McCaffrey; 11-yard touchdown pass to TE George Kittle.
- It marked the first time in Purdy's career that he has thrown at least three touchdown passes in the first half of a game and the second time in his career that he has thrown three touchdown passes in any half of a game [three touchdown passes in second half at the Philadelphia Eagles (12/3/23)].
- Purdy became the first 49ers quarterback to throw three touchdown passes to three different positions in a single half since former QB Jimmy Garoppolo did so in the 2019 season [three touchdown passes in second half to TE Ross Dwelley, RB Jeff Wilson Jr., and WR Kendrick Bourne vs. the Arizona Cardinals (11/17/19)].
- Purdy also became the first 49ers quarterback to throw three touchdown passes to three different positions in the first half of a game since former QB Alex Smith in the 2010 season [three touchdown passes to TE Vernon Davis, RB Brian Westbrook, and WR Josh Morgan vs. the Seattle Seahawks (12/12/10)].

- RB Christian McCaffrey registered 21 carries for 117 yards on the ground to go along with six receptions for 29 yards and two touchdowns through the air. McCaffrey's two receiving touchdowns give him seven this season and 36 in his career.
- With 117 rushing yards on the night, McCaffrey has reached 1,039 rushing yards this season, marking his fifth career season with at least 1,000 rushing yards. Of those five seasons, McCaffrey has reached the 1,000-yard mark as a member of the 49ers twice (2023). His two seasons with over 1,000 rushing yards are tied for the fourth-most in franchise history.
- McCaffrey also registered 100-or-more rushing yards for the third time this season and the 25th time in his career. Of those 25 games, McCaffrey has registered 13 as a member of the 49ers. His 13 games with at least 100 rushing yards are the fifth-most in franchise history.
- With 21 carries and six receptions on the night, McCaffrey has now registered 372 total touches this season. His 372 touches surpass former RB Garrison Hearst for the third-most in a single season in franchise history.
- With two touchdown receptions on the night, McCaffrey registered his third career game with at least two touchdown receptions and his first since scoring two touchdown receptions at the Arizona Cardinals (12/17/23).
- McCaffrey's 36 career touchdown receptions are tied for the most by a running back in the Super Bowl era.
- With six receptions on the day, McCaffrey has now tallied 92 receptions this season, which are tied for the most receptions by a running back in a single season in franchise history.
- McCaffrey has now recorded at least 90 receptions in a season for the third time in his career (107 in 2018 and 116 in 2019), making him the first running back in NFL history to record 90-or-more receptions in three career seasons.
- With 146 yards from scrimmage, McCaffrey registered his 11th game this season with 100-or-more yards from scrimmage. He also registered his 68th career game with 100-or-more yards from scrimmage, the most among active NFL running backs.
- Of those 68 games with 100-or-more yards from scrimmage, 31 have been with the 49ers. His 31 games are the fourth-most in franchise history (WR Jerry Rice – 70; RB Frank Gore – 66; RB Roger Craig – 50).
- McCaffrey's 146 yards from scrimmage give him 1,888 yards from scrimmage this season, marking the fifth season of his career where he has registered at least 1,800 yards from scrimmage. He became the fifth player in NFL history to record at least five seasons with 1,800-or-more yards from scrimmage.
- With six receptions and 146 yards from scrimmage, McCaffrey registered his 54th career game with at least five receptions and 100 yards from scrimmage, tying Hall of Famer RB Marshall Faulk for the most such games by a player in their first nine seasons in NFL history.
- WR Demarcus Robinson tallied two receptions for 23 yards, including a 22-yard touchdown reception on the night. His touchdown reception marked his first of the season and the 28th of his career.
- WR Jauan Jennings tallied five receptions for 71 yards and one touchdown on the night. He now has eight touchdown receptions this season and 21 in his career.
- With one touchdown reception vs. the Carolina Panthers (11/24/25), one touchdown reception at the Cleveland Browns (11/30/25), two touchdown receptions vs. the Tennessee Titans (12/14/25), and one touchdown reception on the night, Jennings has registered four-consecutive games with one-or-more touchdown receptions for the first time in his career.
- Jennings is the first 49ers player to register four-consecutive games with one-or-more touchdown receptions since WR Brandon Aiyuk did so in the 2023 season [one touchdown reception at Jacksonville (11/12/23); one touchdown reception vs. Tampa Bay (11/19/23); one touchdown reception at Seattle (11/23/23); one touchdown reception at Philadelphia (12/3/23)].
- TE George Kittle tallied seven receptions for a team, and season-high 115 yards and one touchdown on the day. His touchdown reception marked his seventh of the season and gives him 52 in his career, which is the fifth-most touchdown receptions by any player in franchise history.
- Kittle's 115 receiving yards mark his 22nd career game with at least 100 receiving yards and his first such game since he tallied 112 receiving yards vs. the Detroit Lions (12/30/24). Kittle's 22 career games with 100-or-more receiving yards are the third-most in franchise history.
- With one touchdown reception last week vs. the Tennessee Titans (12/14/25) and one touchdown reception on the night, Kittle has registered back-to-back games with one-or-more touchdown receptions for the 13th time in his career. It also marks the second time he has done so this season [one touchdown reception vs. the Los Angeles Rams (11/9/25); two touchdown receptions at the Arizona Cardinals (11/16/25)].
Defense Highlights
- LB Dee Winters registered three tackles, two passes defended, and one interception of Colts QB Philip Rivers, which he returned 74 yards for a touchdown.
- Winters' 74-yard interception return for a touchdown marked the first touchdown of his career. He became the first 49ers player to return an interception for a touchdown since LB Fred Warner registered a 45-yard interception return for a touchdown vs. the New England Patriots (9/29/24).
- DL Alfred Collins and DL C.J. West each registered one sack of Rivers on the night, marking the first sack of each player's career.
Special Teams Highlights
- The 49ers finished the game with zero punts for the second-consecutive game [zero punts vs. Tennessee (12/14/25)]. The team's back-to-back games with zero punts marks the first time in the Super Bowl era that the team has registered zero punts in back-to-back games.
- S Ji'Ayir Brown registered a special teams forced fumble on a 49ers kickoff, which was recovered by TE Jake Tonges.
- Brown's special teams forced fumble marked the first of his career, while Tonges' special teams fumble recovery also marked the first of his career.
- K Eddy Piñeiro converted on two of his three field goal attempts (25 yards and 38 yards) and each of his six point-after-touchdown attempts on the night.
- Piñeiro's 25-yard field goal made marked his 26th consecutive field goal made since joining the team in Week 2, which marks the longest streak by any kicker to begin their first season with the 49ers.
- With 26 consecutive field goals made, Piñeiro also surpassed former K Robbie Gould for the third-most consecutive field goals made in franchise history.
