• QB Brock Purdy completed 24 of 33 passing attempts for 303 yards and three touchdowns with a passer rating of 118.6, to go along with six carries for 28 yards and a season-high two rushing touchdowns. Purdy's three touchdown passes give him 20 this season and 84 in his career, while his two rushing touchdowns marked his third of the season and the 11th of his career.
• With 303 passing yards, three touchdown passes, and two rushing touchdowns, Purdy became the first QB in franchise history to register at least 300 passing yards, three touchdown passes and two rushing touchdowns in a single game.
• Purdy also became the first 49ers QB to register at least two passing touchdowns and at least two rushing touchdowns in a game since former QB Jeff Garcia threw four touchdown passes and tallied two rushing touchdowns vs. the Arizona Cardinals (12/7/03).
• With two rushing touchdowns on the night, Purdy registered his first game this season with at least two rushing touchdowns and the second such game of his career [two rushing touchdowns vs. the Kansas City Chiefs (10/20/24)].

• McCaffrey's 10 rushing touchdowns give him 17 total touchdowns this season (seven receiving touchdowns), tying him with Hall of Fame WR Jerry Rice for the third-most total touchdowns in a single season in franchise history.
• In the first half, McCaffrey registered 18 carries for 121 yards and one touchdown. His 18 carries and 121 rushing yards marked the most he has registered in the first half of any game in his career.
• McCaffrey's 121 first-half rushing yards marked the most first-half rushing yards by a 49ers RB since former RB Carlos Hyde tallied 102 rushing yards in the first half at the Seattle Seahawks (9/17/17).
• With 117 rushing yards last week at the Colts (12/22/25) and 140 rushing yards on the night, McCaffrey has registered back-to-back games with at least 100 rushing yards for the ninth time in his career and for the first time since the 2023 season.
• McCaffrey's 140 rushing yards marked his fourth game this season with 100-or-more rushing yards and the 26th such game of his career. Of those 26 games, 14 have come as a member of the 49ers, tied for the fourth-most in franchise history.
• With 23 carries and four receptions on the night, McCaffrey has now registered 399 total touches this season, surpassing former RBs Roger Craig and Frank Gore for the most in a single season in franchise history.
• With four receptions on the night, McCaffrey has now tallied 96 receptions this season, the most by an RB in a single season in franchise history.
• With 181 yards from scrimmage on the night, McCaffrey has registered 2,069 yards from scrimmage this season, marking his third career season with at least 2,000 yards from scrimmage (2019 & 2023).
• He became the sixth player since 1990 with at least 2,000 scrimmage yards in three career seasons, joining Hall of Fame RBs Marshall Faulk (four seasons), Edgerrin James (three seasons), and LaDainian Tomlinson (three seasons), as well as former NFL RBs Tiki Barber (three seasons) and Priest Holmes (three seasons).
• McCaffrey also registered his 12th game this season with at least 100 yards from scrimmage and his 69th such game of his career, the most among active NFL RBs.
• Of those 69 games with at least 100 yards, 32 have been with the 49ers, which is fourth most in franchise history (WR Jerry Rice - 70; RB Frank Gore - 66; RB Roger Craig - 50).
• WR Jauan Jennings tallied two receptions for 42 yards, including a 38-yard touchdown. He now has nine receiving touchdowns this season and 22 in his career.
• Jennings has registered five consecutive games with at least one receiving touchdown for the first time in his career. He is the first 49ers player to do so since former TE Vernon Davis in the 2013 season and the first 49ers WR since Hall of Fame WR Terrell Owens in the 2001 season.
• TE Jake Tonges tallied seven receptions for a career-high 60 yards and one touchdown on the night. His receiving touchdown marked the fifth of his season and career.
• FB Kyle Juszczyk tallied two receptions for 14 yards and one touchdown on the night. His receiving touchdown marked his second of the season and the 20th of his career.
