Purdy's three touchdown passes give him 20 this season and 84 in his career, while his two rushing touchdowns marked his third of the season and the 11th of his career.
  • With 303 passing yards, three touchdown passes, and two rushing touchdowns, Purdy became the first QB in franchise history to register at least 300 passing yards, three touchdown passes and two rushing touchdowns in a single game.
  • Purdy also became the first 49ers QB to register at least two passing touchdowns and at least two rushing touchdowns in a game since former QB Jeff Garcia threw four touchdown passes and tallied two rushing touchdowns vs. the Arizona Cardinals (12/7/03).
