The San Francisco 49ers have finalized their inactive list ahead of Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. With rosters limited to 48 active players on gameday, six players will be sidelined for the matchup at Levi's® Stadium.
Quarterback Brock Purdy will be back to the starting lineup after missing the past two games with toe and shoulder injuries. He participated in practice for the past two weeks, gearing up for his return in Week 4.
"He looked good," head coach Kyle Shanahan said. "He got to do a lot more than last week and each day he got a lot better."
Questionable for Sunday's contest but not ruled out ahead of the game are wide receivers Jauan Jennings and Ricky Pearsall. On Friday the head coach announced that wide receiver Jordan Watkins would be ruled out with a calf injury and defensive lineman C.J. West would also be sidelined with a thumb injury.
Here are the 49ers inactives for Week 4 against the Jaguars:
- RB Jordan James
- WR Jordan Watkins
- LB Nick Martin
- DL C.J. West
- WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling
- CB Renardo Green
