The San Francisco 49ers today announced they have signed WR Kendrick Bourne to a one-year deal. In order to make room on the roster, the team placed TE George Kittle on the Injured Reserve List and also waived K Jake Moody. Additionally, the team released WR Robbie Chosen from the team's practice squad.
