Here's a rundown of the 49ers 2025 draft class:

Round 1: 11th Overall - DL Mykel Williams, Georgia
Williams played three seasons for the Bulldogs and was a key contributor on one of college football's top defenses. He earned Freshman All-American and SEC All-Freshman honors in 2022 and was named second-team All-SEC in both 2023 and 2024. Over his career, he totaled 67 tackles, 21.5 tackles for loss, and 14 sacks.

Round 2: 43rd Overall - DL Alfred Collins, Texas
Collins played five seasons for the Longhorns and was a steady presence on one of the nation's most competitive defensive lines. He earned second-team All-American honors from the Associated Press in 2024 and was named Honorable Mention All-Big 12 in 2023. Over his career, he totaled 142 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, and 7.5 sacks across 63 games with 26 starts.

Round 3: 75th Overall - DL Nick Martin, Oklahoma State
Martin emerged as a standout defender for the Cowboys during his time at OSU. In 2023, he earned first-team All-Big 12 honors after leading the team with 140 total tackles, the most by an Oklahoma State player in nearly four decades. That season, he also tallied 16 tackles for loss, six sacks, two interceptions, and a forced fumble across 14 starts. Despite a knee injury that limited him to five games in 2024, Martin still managed 47 tackles and 7.5 tackles for loss in his final season.

Round 3: 100th Overall - CB Upton Stout, Western Kentucky
Stout was a playmaking defensive back throughout his college career, earning first-team All-Conference USA honors in 2024 after recording 52 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, a sack, and an interception across 12 starts. He previously tied for the team lead with four interceptions in 2022, returning one for a touchdown, and added another pick-six in 2023. Across five seasons, including time at North Texas, Stout tallied 166 total tackles, six interceptions, 21 pass breakups, and one forced fumble.

Round 4: 113th Overall - DL C.J. West, Indiana
West played five collegiate seasons, beginning at Kent State before transferring to Indiana for his final year. Over his career, he appeared in 52 games with 46 starts, recording 152 tackles, 27.0 tackles for loss, 9.0 sacks, two forced fumbles, and two passes defended. He earned third-team All-MAC honors in 2023 and was named honorable mention All-Big Ten in 2024 after posting 42 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, and two sacks for the Hoosiers.

Round 4: 138th Overall - WR Jordan Watkins
Watkins played five collegiate seasons, beginning his career at Louisville before transferring to Ole Miss. Across 60 career games (42 starts), he totaled 185 receptions for 2,682 yards and 18 touchdowns, while also contributing as a return specialist. At Ole Miss, Watkins sealed his place in program history, finishing in the top 10 all-time for receptions (142), receiving yards (2,096), and 100-yard receiving games (6).

Round 5: 147th Overall - RB Jordan James
The 5'10", 208-pound running back capped off his collegiate career with a standout 2024 season, earning second-team All-Big Ten honors after leading the team with 1,267 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns. James also showcased his explosiveness with a 4.55-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Round 5: 160th Overall - S Marques Sigle
Sigle appeared in 50 career games between Kansas State and North Dakota State, totaling 174 tackles, 26 passes defended, 10.5 tackles for loss, 7 interceptions, and 2 forced fumbles. He started every game he played over his two seasons with the Wildcats and was named a team captain in 2024.

Round 7: 227th Overall - QB Kurtis Rourke
Rourke appeared in 48 career games with 46 starts across his time at Ohio and Indiana, totaling 10,692 passing yards, 79 passing touchdowns, and 13 rushing touchdowns. He set Indiana's single-season passing touchdown record in 2024, throwing for 29 scores while completing 69.4 percent of his passes, the eighth-best mark in the FBS.

Round 7: 249th Overall - OL Connor Colby
Colby appeared in 51 career games with 50 starts for the Hawkeyes, showcasing versatility across the offensive line with starts at right guard, left guard, and right tackle. In 2024, he earned first-team All-Big Ten honors after starting all 13 games at right guard and helping Iowa rush for over 200 yards in eight games, the program's highest mark since 2015.

Round 7: 249th Overall - WR Junior Bergen
Bergen finished his career at Montana as one of the most dynamic playmakers in FCS history. He tied the NCAA FCS record with eight career punt return touchdowns and set a school record with a 16.71-yard punt return average, surpassing former NFL All-Pro Marc Mariani. Over 48 career games, Bergen totaled 1,777 receiving yards, 577 rushing yards, and 18 total touchdowns on offense, while adding 2,114 return yards and nine return scores on special teams.
