The San Francisco 49ers have finalized their inactive list ahead of the Week 16 "Monday Night Football" matchup against the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium. With rosters limited to 48 active players on gameday, several players will be sidelined for the primetime contest.
Earlier in the week, the 49ers ruled out WR Ricky Pearsall (knee, ankle), CB Renardo Green (neck), and QB Kurtis Rourke (knee).
"He was close," head coach Kyle Shanahan said of Pearsall after the team's final practice of the week. "But not close enough."
Defensive lineman Yetur Gross-Matos, initially listed as questionable on Saturday due to a hamstring injury, was officially activated from the team's Injured Reserve list and will be available. To bolster depth, the team elevated CB Eli Apple and LB Eric Kendricks from the practice squad ahead of kickoff.
Here are the 49ers inactives for Week 16 against the Colts:
- DL Kevin Givens
- RB Isaac Guerendo
- DL Robert Beal Jr.
- WR Ricky Pearsall
- CB Renardo Green
- LB Curtis Robinson
- CB Chase Lucas
