The San Francisco 49ers are back at home for Week 10 to host the Los Angeles Rams at Levi's® Stadium. The team released the final injury report ahead of Sunday's divisional matchup.
Quarterback Brock Purdy (toe) is officially listed as questionable after being limited in practices this week. Head coach Kyle Shanahan noted on Friday that the team is continuing to monitor Purdy's progress before making a final decision on his availability for Sunday, and the plan is for QB Mac Jones to start for San Francisco against the Rams.
