49ers Waive Defensive Lineman from Roster, Quarterback from Practice Squad

The 49ers have announced they have waived defensive lineman Akeem Spence from the active roster and quarterback Jacob Eason from the team's practice squad.

Spence (6-1, 307) appeared in seven games this season where he registered 10 tackles, while Eason (6-6, 230) originally signed to the practice squad on November 15, 2022.
