49ers Activate Ward; Place McKivitz on IR and Other Roster Moves

The San Francisco 49ers announced that DL Akeem Spence has been promoted to the active roster from the team's practice squad and DB Jimmie Ward has been activated from the Injured Reserve List. In order to make room on the roster, the team has placed OL Colton McKivitz on the Injured Reserve List.

Additionally, the following players have been activated from the team's practice squad (standard elevations):

WR Malik Turner
