Gross-Matos, Bethune, Okuayinonu OUT vs. Titans; Injury Report Ahead of #TENvsSF

The San Francisco 49ers return from their Week 14 Bye week ready for a matchup on their home field against the Tennessee Titans.

"It was different having a Bye this late," Head coach Kyle Shanahan said. "I don't know if I'd ever ask for that or wish upon it, but it was kind of nice... It was a little different having it in December where it was almost a little more relaxing because you've made so much of the season already and excited to get back now for the best time of the year in football."

The extra rest was especially valuable for several key players dealing with injuries. Fullback Kyle Juszczyk, who suffered a rib fracture following the Week 13 win over Cleveland, was limited in Wednesday and Thursday practices but returned as a full participant on Friday. Kicker Eddy Piñeiro, the NFC Special Teams Player of the Month for October, also participated fully in all three practices for the first time since Week 11 as he works toward a return from a hamstring injury.

For the upcoming Titans game, the 49ers have five players listed as OUT.

Below is the complete Week 15 Game Status Report from Friday:

The 49ers will continue to monitor players listed on the injury report. Final decisions on gameday availability will be announced 90 minutes prior to kickoff in Santa Clara.
