This Day in The Bay: Rattay and Lloyd Connect on an 89-Yard Scoring Pass

On this day in The Bay, 49ers quarterback Tim Rattay and wide receiver Brandon Lloyd connected on an 89-yard scoring pass against the Dallas Cowboys.

It was the longest 49ers touchdown of the season. Rattay completed 21-of-34 passes for 269 yards and three touchdowns. Lloyd hauled in four passes for 142 yards and two scores. Rattay spent six seasons with the 49ers (2000-2005) and completed over 60 percent of his passes for 3,941 yards and 24 touchdowns.
