The San Francisco 49ers put together a dominant "Monday Night Football" showing, erupting for a season-high 48 points to defeat the Indianapolis Colts and earn their first win in Indianapolis since 2001. Brock Purdy delivered a career night through the air, Christian McCaffrey crossed the 1,000-yard rushing mark, and the offense was so efficient it has not required a punt since November. The victory improved San Francisco to 4-0 in primetime this season and tied the franchise with the Pittsburgh Steelers for the most Monday Night Football wins in NFL history (55).

Kittle, McCaffrey, Juszczyk, and Three More 49ers Players Selected to 2026 Pro Bowl Games

The San Francisco 49ers announced that fullback Kyle Juszczyk, tight end George Kittle, running back Christian McCaffrey, tackle Trent Williams, linebacker Luke Gifford (special teams), and long snapper Jon Weeks were selected to the 2026 Pro Bowl Games, which will be held in San Francisco, California. Juszczyk, Gifford, and Weeks were named 2026 Pro Bowl starters. In addition, WR Skyy Moore was selected as an alternate as a kick return specialist.
