49ers Show Appreciation for Military Members with Visit to Moffett Federal Airfield
49ers players visited the 129th Rescue Wing at Moffett Federal Airfield to present a framed Faithful Flag signed by coaches and players to Colonel Waldman and were guided on a tour of the base's helicopters, planes and pararescue facilities.
49ers Host Military Families for a Holiday Movie Night
The 49ers and USO Northern California welcomed 60 active duty and veteran military families to West Wind Capitol Drive-In for a free, holiday movie screening and a special welcome message from Air National Guardsman Ben Garland. Each family went home with a holiday gift bag featuring Zenni Optical glasses and Panini America trading cards.

We miss hosting our service members for practice and at Levi's® Stadium, but look forward to celebrating those Faithful who have served in person again soon. 49ers Honor Military Families for Salute to Service
The 49ers welcomed 27 special military families (TAPS, Veteran and Active Duty) in honor of Salute to Service. 49ers players received a unique military story in their locker connecting them to a particular family that they were able to meet and spend time with after practice. The families all attended the Salute to Service game on Veteran's Day.
NFL Salute to Service Huddle
Through the NFL-Bob Woodruff Foundation Salute To Service partnership, the 49ers collaborated with the NFL-BWF grantee, The Mission Continues, to execute an NFL Huddle for 100 Salute to Service volunteerism project on Alemany Farm in San Francisco. The project included various improvements like gardening, weeding, planting native species and building an information kiosk. The Alemany Farm is a volunteer-3.5 acre farm that helps fight food insecurity in San Francisco. #SaluteToService
49ers Players and USAA Visit U.S. Coast Guard Base Alameda
During a special Salute to Service event hosted by USAA, 49ers players spent an afternoon visiting the U.S. Coast Guard Base Alameda. Following a meet and greet, 49ers players received an extensive experience, including a tour of the USCG Cutter Waesche and a search and rescue demonstration.

The 49ers and United Airlines brought a special group of veterans on an all-expenses paid trip to D.C. as the team took on the Redskins in Week 7. The trip included a tour of the Pentagon, Arlington National Cemetery, private practice visit, 49ers festivities and capped it off with a win at FedEx Field!

49ers DL Ronald Blair and Monster Jam's Grave Digger driver Morgan Kane worked with Operation Homefront to surprise a deserving USMC family with a Monster Jam bedroom makeover for their two-year-old son, 49ers gear and tickets to the Monster Jam show on Saturday, April 13. Staff Sgt JeVon TranColey and his family will enjoy the event with Blair, who grew up watching Grave Digger.
