• In high school, Guerendo was a three-sport athlete, competing in football, basketball and track and field. Outside of football, track and field was something he was not only very passionate about, it was also something he was very talented in. Guerendo is a three-time state champion in the sport, win- ning the long jump (24-5 1/4) title as a junior and 100 meters (10.51) and 4x100 relay (41.28) crowns as a senior.
