Dante Pettis (foot), Matt Breida (ankle) and Marquise Goodwin (calf), three players who were listed as questionable, are all active and will play against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 15. Breida will make his return after missing one game due to his lingering ankle injury. Pettis and Goodwin got banged up during the San Francisco 49ers Week 14 win against the Denver Broncos, but they're evidently good to go on Sunday.
Here are the 49ers inactives:
SS Jaquiski Tartt
T Shon Coleman
G Erik Magnuson
DT Sheldon Day
RB Alfred Morris
S Tyree Robinson
CB K'Waun Williams
Breida will re-assume his role as the 49ers starting running back, but expect to still see plenty of Jeff Wilson as well. I wouldn't be surprised to see a 50/50 split between the two. Marcell Harris will make his third consecutive start at strong safety in place of Tartt. Harris rebounded from a difficult debut against the Seahawks in Week 13 and played admirably last Sunday versus Denver. He notably had a clutch fourth-down stop against Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay. D.J. Reed will start again at nickel corner for Williams. Reed posted a game-high 12 tackles and recorded his first career sack last Sunday.
