The San Francisco 49ers announced list of inactive players on Sunday included Joe Staley (toe). The All-Pro linebacker missed the team's Week 7 contest with the injury and was listed as questionable for the game versus the St. Louis Rams.
Cornerback Tramaine Brock (toe) was also on the inactive list. He has missed six of the 49ers eight games this year with the injury. Perrish Cox got the start at cornerback in place of Brock while rookie Chris Borland got the nod in Willis' absence.
Not included on the inactives list were cornerback Chris Culliver (hamstring) and safety Jimmie Ward (quadricep). Both players were sidelined for the Denver Broncos game and were listed as probable for Sunday.
