The 49ers will have more changes to the starting offensive line this week. Joe Staley is out again for a third consecutive week. San Francisco has not announced changes to the starting lineup. John Theus could make his first career start at left tackle in place of Staley. Look for Zane Beadles to line up at center.

The 49ers will start the game with the ball. Trent Brown moved to left tackle. Theus is at right tackle. Beadles is at center.
Pierre Garçon rushed for a first down on San Francisco's first offensive snap. Colin Kaepernick completed another first down to Garrett Celek. The drive stalled when Kaepernick was sacked on a 3rd-and-9 from midfield. Following a 39-yard Bradley Pinion punt, Jared Goff and the Rams will start with the ball at their own 23-yard line when play resumes.
The Rams picked up two first downs of their own, but Goff was picked off by Tramaine Brock. The 49ers cornerback returned his first interception of the year all the way to Los Angeles' 17-yard line.
Two plays later, Kaepernick threw a short pass to Hyde, who took it the rest of the way for a 19-yard score.
The 49ers lead 7-0 with 9:01 left to play in the first quarter
Los Angeles responded with a 51-yard kick return by rookie wideout Pharoh Cooper. Goff hit Austin for a gain of 15 on 3rd-and-11. The Rams elected to go for a 4th-and-2 in field goal range. The gamble paid off. Goff completed a short play-action pass to tight end Lance Kendricks for a gain of 24 down to San Francisco's 6-yard line. Shortly after, Todd Gurley pounded in his sixth touchdown run of the season from 1-yard out.
The game is tied 7-7 with 4:07 left in the first quarterAfter a touchback and Hyde picked up another first down, Kaepernick was intercepted on a pass intended for Celek. The pass was picked off by Rams safety Cody Davis and returned to San Francisco's 30-yard line.
Austin took the ensuing play 30 yards into the end zone on an inside run.
The Rams take their first lead of the game, 14-7, with 2:33 left in the first quarterKaepernick has the 49ers moving after a 12-yard pass to Celek on 3rd-and-3. On the next third down, Kaepernick was sacked for the second time of the day. Pinion came on to punt at midfield. Second QuarterLos Angeles picked up a first down on a 9-yard Goff pass to Gurley, but the home team was forced to punt. San Francisco's next drive went three-and-out. So was Los Angeles' following drive. With the ball back, on 3rd-and-3, Kaepernick found rookie receiver Aaron Burbridge for a gain of 13. The 49ers also unveiled a new look on offense with Hyde and backup runner Shaun Draughn in the backfield with Kaepernick at the same time. Both running backs flanked the quarterback in the shotgun formation. On 3rd-and-6 across the 50-yard line, Kaepernick's pass to Burbridge was tackled short of the first-down marker.
Pinion came on to punt. His punt went into the end zone for a touchback. The 49ers got the ball back to end the half. Joshua Garnett (finger) missed the drive. Rookie Alex Balducci made his NFL debut on a drive that ended the half.
Rams lead 14-7.Kaepernick was 10-of-14 passing for 89 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Hyde added 37 rushing yards on nine carries. He needs 13 yards in the second half to reach 1,000 for the season for the first time in his NFL career. Hyde is also San Francisco's leading receiver with two catchs for 24 yards.
For the Rams, Goff is 7-of-13 passing for 77 yards with one interception. Gurley has carried the ball 11 times for 34 yards. Kendricks leads the team with two catches for 30 yards.
Los Angeles has out-gained the 49ers 145 to 134 in total yards. The 49ers have picked up nine first downs; the Rams have eight first downs.Third QuarterLA opened the second half with the ball. Gurley convered a 3rd-and-1 with a short plunge up the middle. Goff's next third-down pass, however, was bottled up at the line of scrimmage. The 49ers committed a penalty on the play, giving the home team a new set of downs. Rookie cornerback Rashard Robinson was flagged for a hand-to-the-face penalty. It didn't hurt the 49ers, though. Goff's 3-and-10 pass went incomplete. Los Angeles was forced to punt with 10:27 left in the third quarter.
Garnett (finger) has returned to the game at right guard. The 49ers were forced to punt. And so were the Rams after DeForest Buckner recorded his team-leading sixth sack of the season. Ahmad Brooks also has a share of the lead with six sacks.
Kaepernick completed his longest pass of the second half, a 17-yard connection with Rod Streater. The 49ers were flagged for a false start on the next play. Shortly after, San Francisco punted.
The Rams were forced to punt after Eli Harold recorded his third sack of the season.
Needing 12 rushing yards to reach 1,000 for the season, Hyde was injured on a short swing pass to the left flat. Making matters worse, Hyde was injured and fumbled on the play deep in 49ers territory.
The Rams have moved the ball down to the 3-yard line. On 3rd-and-goal, Goff found rookie tight end Tyler Higbee for a touchdown.
The Rams now lead 21-7 with 10:32 left in the fourth quarter
Hyde (knee) is out for the rest of the game. Kaepernick completed a 21-yard pass to Jeremy Kerely to put the 49ers into Rams territory. Beadles was flagged for a holding penalty; Brown was flagged for a false start. The 49ers now face a 1st-and-25 from the Rams 40-yard line. San Francisco moved the ball down the field and picked up a 4th-and-8 with a 10-yard Kaepernick pass to Streater.
On 3rd-and-10, Kaepernick kept the ball and found his way into the end zone for a 13-yard score. San Francisco drove 75 yards on 13 plays.
The Rams now lead 21-14 with 5:06 left in the fourth quarterLos Angeles went three-and-out. Ronald Blair III sacked Goff on third down.
The 49ers have to drive 73 yards with 3:10 to play. Theus was flagged for a false start on first down. Kaepernick found Streater for a first down at midfield. The Rams were flagged for unecessary roughness due to a late hit on Kerley. San Francisco will be 1st and 10 at Los Angeles' 35-yard line at the two-minute warning.
Draughn picked up a 3rd-and-1 at the 25-yard line with a minute left to play. Kaepernick completed another first-down pass to Streater down to the 10-yard line. San Francisco is now 1st-and-goal from the 10 with :36 to play.
Kaepernick tossed a touchdown to Streater. The 49ers are going for two!
