The San Francisco 49ers are set to host their annual local pro day on Wednesday. Approximately 50 prospects will convene at the SAP Performance Facility for a practice/workout run by the 49ers coaching staff. Each player will have either attended a local college or they call the Bay Area home.
Stanford tight end Dalton Schultz is potentially the top player who will be in attendance. Schultz caught 22 passes for 212 yards and three touchdowns last season. Lance Zierlein of NFL.com has him going in the third or fourth round.
Stanford cornerback Quenton Meeks is another notable name to watch. Meeks posted 61 tackles and two interceptions for the Cardinal in 2017. Zierlein projects that he will be a fourth- or fifth-round pick.
