Joe Staley to Start; Brown, Iupati Inactive vs. Seattle

San Francisco will have its blindside protector against the physical pass rush of the Seattle Seahawks.

Joe Staley will start.

The 49ers left tackle suffered an MCL sprain last week against the St. Louis Rams and was unable to finish the game. Staley was able to practice this week and on Friday said "I fully expect to play."

The 49ers announced the following inactive players:

G Mike Iupati

WR Jon Baldwin

TE Garrett Celek

DT Garrett Celek

The Seahawks announced the following inactive players:

WR Percy Harvin

T Caylin Hauptmann

DE Benson Mayowa

DT Jordan Hill
