How the 49ers Are Spending the Bye Week

Judging from the posts on their various social media accounts, members of the San Francisco 49ers are enjoying the bye week. 

San Francisco's veterans are resting, spending time with their families and allowing themselves to take time off before the final eight regular season games left on the schedule. Young players are taking advantage of "opportunity practices" being held at 49ers headquarters.

Here's a look at the highlights from the team's social media posts.

FRIDAY

Eric Reid and Jonathan Goodwin took their families out for Halloween, while Garrett Celek visited his hometown.

Rookie wide receiver Chuck Jacobs made good use of the bye week by visiting his dentist.

Starting nose tackle Glenn Dorsey has played back-to-back weeks after suffering a hamstring injury in a win over the Arizona Cardinals. The veteran defensive lineman shared how he's enjoying the time away.

Donte Whitner enjoyed his trip to London so much, he decided to stay in England following the team's 42-10 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
