Colin Kaepernick joins Matthew Stafford of the Detroit Lions and Philip Rivers of the San Diego Chargers as FedEx Air Players of the Week for Week 6, the NFL announced on Tuesday.

In a 25-20 victory over the Baltimore Ravens, Kaepernick completed 16 of 27 passes for 340 yards with two touchdowns, no interceptions and a quarterback rating of 128.8.

It was the signal caller's fifth 300-yard passing game of his career and his best output since he threw for 343 yards in Week 6 of the 2014 regular season against the St. Louis Rams. Kaepernick completed a career-best five passes of 25 or more yards against the Ravens, too.

San Francisco also had three pass-catchers (Anquan Boldin, Torrey Smith and Bruce Miller) surpass 85 receiving yards in the same game. It was the first time the 49ers had accomplished the feat since 1982.

Fans can vote for Kaepernick until Thursday at 3:00 p.m. ET at NFL.com/FedEx.
