49ers Waive WR Chris Harper

The San Francisco 49ers have waived WR Chris Harper.

Harper was originally selected in the fourth round (126th overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks. He was later released on August 31 and signed by San Francisco on September 2. Harper was inactive for the first six weeks of the regular season.
