For the second straight year, the San Francisco 49ers will produce special television programming for children with the 49ers Total Access for Kids show. The first episode of the season will debut on Friday, Oct. 7 on Comcast SportsNet Bay Area at 4:30 p.m.

Again this year, 49ers Total Access for Kids will be hosted by and formatted for kids. The program is geared towards the next generation of 49ers Faithful fans.

The show will feature hosts Raine, Kevin and Alison along with guest reporters commenting on a variety of activities going on with the 49ers franchise including, but not limited to: interviews with players and coaches, hanging out with players on and off the field, football 101 segments, and highlights of 49ers youth football programs.

The first week's show will feature:

•   Kevin and Alison reporting from Fan Fest at Candlestick Park

•   Kevin interviews former 49ers receiver J.J. Stokes

•   Raine chats with the band Plain White T's, which performed at halftime earlier this year

•   Alison and Kevin checkout the food trucks from the Grand Plaza

•   Raine reports from the Crab Cracking event

In addition, young 49ers fans will get a history lesson, learning about the team's first Super Bowl win and the special 1981 season.

The hosts for 49ers Total Access for Kids show were selected last year through a contest on 49ers.com. Raine, Kevin and Alison are between the ages of 12 and 16 years old.

"I love being at the Stick on game day," said Raine. "There's so much energy and the games have been really exciting"

Alison enjoyed some of the new features of the Grand Plaza at Candlestick Park, including the 49ers Museum and food truck options.

"Basically we have 'total access', which is a lot of fun," Alison said. "At Fan Fest I got to kick a field goal and learned how hard it is to read off a teleprompter. I loved talking to the woman running the Creme Brule truck. I got to eat one too! Doing the show opener as a music video was really cool!"

49ers Total Access for Kids will include eight episodes that will air Saturdays during the NFL season on Comcast SportsNet Bay Area at 8:30 a.m. and KTVU at 2:30 p.m.
