Registered fans will begin playing head-to-head in an online ladder tournament to determine the eight finalists who will play in front of a live audience at Levi's® Stadium. The live event will be streamed on 49ers.com, the 49ers official mobile app, along with the Madden NFL Twitch channel.

Finalists competing in March, will also have the opportunity to earn cash prizes, player-autographed memorabilia and team merchandise.
