49ers Make First Round of Cuts

With the approaching NFL-mandatory cut-down to 75 players on Tuesday, August 26, the San Francisco 49ers waived five players on Saturday.

The 49ers waived second-year DT Joe Cohen, first-year TE Cooper Wallace, rookie S Lewis Baker, rookie QB Kyle Wright and rookie G John Booker.
