The San Francisco 49ers announced the team's 2010 preseason opponents. The preseason schedule is highlighted by a nationally televised, prime time tilt against the visiting Minnesota Vikings at Candlestick Park on Sunday, August 22 at 5 p.m. PT.
The 49ers open the preseason on the road in week one against the defending AFC Champion Indianapolis Colts. Following their week two matchup at home against the Vikings, the 49ers travel to the other side of the San Francisco Bay to square off with the Oakland Raiders. In the preseason finale, the team returns to Candlestick to host the San Diego Chargers.
Times and dates of the 49ers games against the Colts, Raiders and Chargers are yet to be determined. They will be released as they become available.
