49ers Name Coach Butch Cattolico of Los Gatos H.S. Coach of the Year*

The 2008 San Francisco 49ers Charlie Wedemeyer Coach of the Year award presented by Kelly-Moore Paints goes to Butch Cattolico from Los Gatos High School.

This past Saturday night at San Jose City College, Los Gatos came from behind to beat Palo Alto High School 29-23, in the Central Coast Section Medium School Championship.

In the fourth quarter the Wildcats outscored Palo Alto 15-3. With 1:46 left in the game, defensive back Sam Bowers intercepted a pass to seal the deal.
