49ers Team Store Return Policy
- With receipt: Refunds will be given on items within 30 days
- Without receipt: Exchange of merchandise for item of equal or lesser value. (Value will be lowest price item has ever been sold)
- Exchanges and Returns must be in original condition, unworn, unused with original tags and labels.
- No Returns on special event (Super Bowl, NFC Championship, etc.) merchandise (size exchange allowed within 30 days)
