A 27-year-old native of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Grant attended the University of Central Florida for five seasons (2016-20) where he appeared in 48 games and registered 291 tackles, 1.0 sack, 10 interceptions, 29 passes defensed, seven forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries. He was named First-Team All-AAC three-consecutive years (2018-20).
