Biography

PERSONAL:

  • Attended Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ) HS, where he played both offensive and defensive lineman.
  • Majored in general studies at Baylor.
  • Son of Donald and Colleen Weeks.
  • Born Jonathan Donald Weeks (2/17/86) in Bethpage, NY.
  • Weeks is passionate about different community efforts and has participated in food bank drives, YMCA programs, foster kids events and holiday shopping sprees. Throughout his years in the league, he has continued to make an effort in his own community by inviting 20 foster children out to each of his games to give them an unforgetable experience at a NFL game.
  • Enjoys his offseason along Mission Beach, San Diego where he spends time with is family at the beach and golfs.
  • He was in training to be an EMT when called by the Texans for a tryout as the team's long snapper. Since then he has been in the league but plans to potentially continue his firefighter aspirations to become a youth coach after retiring from the NFL.
