The 49ers Foundation and the NFL's Smart Heart Sports Coalition is partnering with the Kyle J. Taylor Foundation to donate AEDs to community organizations. Schools, Boys & Girls Clubs/ YMCA, Youth Sports Leagues and other Non-Profits are all encouraged to apply.

The 49ers Foundation is proud to introduce the Tony York Unity Award, a new honor celebrating athletes who lead beyond the game. This award recognizes flag and tackle football players who exemplify dedication, leadership, community service, and the power to inspire others. Throughout the season, the 49ers Foundation will accept nominations to highlight outstanding student athletes who will be named the Tony York Unity Award recipients.
