49ers Recognize Domestic Violence Awareness Month with Community Kitchen Event

Linda Lynch, Mandy Shanahan and 49ers owners Jenna and Mara York joined domestic violence survivors for a cooking class and surprised guests with gifts for their kitchen.

Since 2020, the 49ers personnel department have hosted monthly mentorship sessions focused on alternative careers in sport, nutrition/wellness, social injustices and leadership with youth from the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area, presented by United Airlines.

49ers players joined students from African American Community Service Agency for MLK Day of Service presented by Bridgestone to assemble 400 school supply kits that will be delivered between 49ers Social Justice grantees, Urban Ed Academy and AACSA.
