Biography
Forrest (5-11, 200) was originally drafted by the Washington Commanders in the fifth round (163rd overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft. Throughout his five-year career with the Commanders (2021-25), Buffalo Bills (2025), Indianapolis Colts (2025) and Pittsburgh Steelers (2025), he has appeared in 40 games (17 starts) and registered 126 tackles, nine passes defensed, four interceptions, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. In 2025, Forrest spent time on the Colts and Steelers practice squad before he was released by Pittsburgh on November 12.
