The San Francisco 49ers are back in the national spotlight in their second of back-to-back primetime games. Following a blowout victory over the Oakland Raiders in Week 9, the 49ers are set to host the New York Giants on "Monday Night Football." Quarterback Nick Mullens announced on Tuesday that he will make his second straight start for the 49ers.

Prior to their Week 9 bye, the Giants fell to the Washington Redskins, 20-13, to drop their record to 1-7 on the season.
- Passing Leader: Eli Manning completed 30-of-47 passes for 316 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
- Rushing Leader: Saquon Barkley was limited to just 38 yards on 13 attempts against the Redskins.
- Receiving Leader: Odell Beckham Jr. caught eight passes for 136 yards in Week 8.

San Francisco is coming off of a 34-3 victory over the Oakland Raiders in the final rendition of the "Battle of the Bay" on "Thursday Night Football."
- Passing Leader: In his first career NFL start, Nick Mullens completed 16-of-22 passes for 262 yards and three touchdowns for a 151.9 quarterback rating. His 151.9 passer rating was the second highest ever for a quarterback in his NFL debut (Marcus Mariota - 158.3)
- Rushing Leader: Raheem Mostert registered seven carries for 86 yards, including a 52-yard touchdown run. It was the first score of his career.
- Receiving Leader: Tight end George Kittle caught all four of his targets for 108 yards and a touchdown, marking his second 100-plus-yard game of the season.
- Defensive Leader: The 49ers finished the game with eight sacks, the first time the team has done so since Jan. 2010 against the St. Louis Rams. Cassius Marsh led the team with a career high 2.5 sacks on the night.
- Special Teams Leader: Punter Bradley Pinion was named NFC Special Teams Player of the Week after leading the league in Week 9 with a 54.7-yard average on three punts.
