• Appeared in 42 games (38 starts) over six seasons at Central Missouri (2018-21) and Kansas (2022-23). As a redshirt senior in 2023, started in 12 games and earned AP FirstTeam All-Big 12 honors. As a redshirt junior in 2022, was named All-Big 12 Honorable Mention after starting in 12 games. In 2019, started in 13 games for Central Missouri and earned All-MIAA Honorable Mention. As a true freshman in 2018, appeared in 7 games (3 starts).

NFL:

• Started in all 17 games as a rookie at RG. • Helped allow zero sacks on 28 pass attempts by QB Brock Purdy at Sea. (10/10) and helped the offense register 228 rushing yds. which marked the team's highest singlegame rushing total since they rushed for 232 yds. vs. Car. (10/27/19).
