Jihad F. Beauchman joined the San Francisco 49ers in 2014 as counsel for the 49ers and the management company for Levi's® Stadium. In 2022, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and general Counsel, and named to Silicon Valley Business Journal's 40 Under 40.
Beauchman previously worked for the international law firm of Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C., from 2009-2014. While there, he represented numerous clients in the sports and technology industries in complex business transactions and high-stakes litigation matters.
Beauchman earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University in 2006, where he was an All-American high jumper on the Men's Track and Field team. He currently holds the Yale school records for outdoor high jump and indoor triple jump.
Beauchman then attended Harvard Law School, where he earned his J.D. in the spring of 2009. During his time at Harvard, Beauchman was the legal intern for the 2008 NBA Champion Boston Celtics. In 2023, he was awarded the Harvard Law School Paul C. Weiler Distinguished Alum Award.
Beauchman was born in San Francisco, CA, raised in San Jose, CA, and attended Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, CA, for high school.
Beauchman and his corgi, Ronnie, reside in San Jose.
