Crowley Hanlon is in his sixth season with the 49ers and third as the team's pro personnel coordinator. He spent the previous two seasons (2017-18) as the team's special assistant to player personnel. In that role, Hanlon assisted in roster evaluation, college evaluations, creating player cut ups, monitoring roster moves and coordinating free agent visits.

Prior to the NFL, Hanlon worked as an undergraduate assistant coach while attending the University of Oregon (2010-14). As a part of coaching staff that went to four consecutive bowl games, he also broke down game and practice film and managed time during practice.

A Portland, OR native, Hanlon graduated from Oregon with a degree in advertising
