Anquan Boldin is now 13th all-time on the NFL's career receptions list.
The San Francisco 49ers wide receiver entered the team's Week 3 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals with 950 career receptions, just one behind Buffalo Bills legend Andre Reed.
Late in the second quarter, with one reception on the day already, Boldin caught a 1st-down throw from Colin Kaepernick that went for 14-yards and passed Reed in the process. The catch ultimately led to the 49ers first score of the day, a 12-yard touchdown run from Kaepernick.
Now 48 receptions away from 1,000 on his career, Boldin would need to average 3.7 catches per game to reach the milestone this season. If Boldin were to reach 1,000 in 2015, he would pass Randy Moss (982 career receptions) and tie Hines Ward (1,000 career receptions).
