-- According to the Elias Sports Bureau, WR Quinton Patton (6 receptions for 106 yards), TE Garrett Celek (3 receptions for 84 yards and 1 TD), RB DuJuan Harris (5 receptions for 83 yards and 1 TD) and TE Garrett Celek (4 receptions for 76 yards) combined to mark the first time in franchise history that the team had four players with 75 receiving yards or more in a single game.First Since 1997

-- McDonald notched 3 receptions for 84 yards and 1 TD. His 65-yard TD reception marked his second TD of 65 yards or more this season [75-yard TD reception at Carolina. (9/18/16)]. McDonald is only the fourth TE since the merger in 1970, and the first since 1997, to register two TD receptions of 65 yards or more in the same season.

Patton's 106--Patton registered new career highs of 6 receptions for 106 yards, marking the first 100-yard receiving game of his NFL career.Harris' 142 and 47

-- Making his first start of the season, RB DuJuan Harris rushed for 59 yards on 10 carries while adding five receptions for 83 yards and 1 TD. Harris' 142 total yards from scrimmage were the second most in his career [153 yards from scrimmage (67 yards rushing, 86 receiving yards) vs. StL (1/3/16)].

-- In the second quarter, Harris caught a 47-yard TD from Kaepernick, the longest reception of his career and his first career receiving TD.

-- In the first half, Kaepernick completed 14 of 18 attempts for 286 yards, 2 TDs, 1 INT and a QB rating of 132.6. His 286 yards are the most in any half of his career.

-- Kaepernick's 286 passing yards in the first half were the most in the first half by the 49ers since 9/21/97 vs. Atl. (QB Steve Young – 14 of 19 for 287 yards, 2 TDs, 0 INTs and a QB rating of 150.7). His 286 passing yards in the first half also marks the most in any half by the 49ers since 12/5/99 at Cin. (QB Jeff Garcia – 21 of 31 for 307 yards, 3 TDs, 0 INTs and a QB rating of 132.1 in the second half).

-- On the day, Kaepernick completed 24 of 39 attempts for 398 yards, 2 TDs, 1 INT and a QB rating of 102.3, marking his sixth career 300-yard passing game and first since 10/18/15 vs. Bal. (340 yards.).

Dawson 3-for-3

-- K Phil Dawson converted 3 of 3 FG [49, 48, 46] and 2 of 2 XPA for a total of 11 points. It marked the first time Dawson hit three FGs of 45-yards-or-longer in same game since 9/27/12 at Bal. [3 for 3 (51, 50, 52)].

'Shep' Emerges -- CB JaCorey Shepherd had 3 KORs for 104 yards  (34.7 avg.). His 34.7-yard avg. on KORs is the highest average by a member of 49ers (min. 3 KORs) since 9/11/11 [WR Ted. Ginn Jr. – 4 KORs for 176 yards (44.0 avg.) and 1 TD].
