49ers Waive WR Brandon Carswell

The San Francisco 49ers have waived wide receiver Brandon Carswell.

Carswell was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Oakland Raiders on May 11, 2012. He was later released on August 31 and was signed to the Raiders practice squad the next day. Carswell was released on September 12, 2012 and signed with the 49ers on June 12, 2013. He missed the entire 2013 season after being placed on the Injured Reserve List on June 19.
