The San Francisco 49ers invited 10 players to participate in this weekend's rookie minicamp from SAP Performance Facility. Those 10 will join the 49ers 19 draft picks and undrafted free agents, as well as a few of the team's second year players.
Of note, five of the 10 tryout players are cornerbacks. That comes as no surprise as the 49ers didn't draft a corner or sign any undrafted corners. Until the tryout roster was announced, Kenneth Acker and Keith Reaser were the only corners scheduled to be at the minicamp. **
