What does it mean to be a Gold Rush Cheerleader?
Being a Gold Rush Cheerleader is so much more than being an entertainer. We are brand ambassadors, role models, powerful influencers in the community, and a huge part of what keeps the 49ers spirits up and motivated.
What is something fans would be surprised to learn about the Gold Rush?
Most fans would be surprised to know that every member of the team either goes to school full time or has a full-time career. We have had doctors, lawyers, professors, business owners, engineers and more on our team. Gold Rush has a unique program that only practices on the weekends which allows women to pursue full time careers while also being a member of the team. I am surrounded by unique, diverse, and powerful women and that's what keeps me coming back every year.
What do you like most about being a member of the Gold Rush?
My favorite part about being a Gold Rush cheerleader is that it`s not only a team but it's a family. My teammates have my back just as much as I have theirs and I couldn't imagine my weekends without being with my Gold Rush sisters.
How has being a part of Gold Rush affected your life?
Gold Rush has affected my life in so many positive ways. I am constantly being pushed to be a better dancer and woman by all my teammates and coaches. I have created lifelong relationships that I would have never had without this team and I have spent seven years of my life doing what I love with the best organization in the NFL.
