The San Francisco 49ers announced they have signed nine of their 10 draft picks, each to four-year deals: S Jaquiski Tartt, LB Eli Harold, TE Blake Bell, RB Mike Davis, WR DeAndre Smelter, P Bradley Pinion, OL Ian Silberman, OL Trent Brown and TE Busta Anderson.

Tartt (6-1, 221) was selected in the second round (46th overall) from Samford University. A three-time All-America and three-time All-Southern Conference selection, Tartt played in 44 games and totaled 277 tackles, six interceptions, 20 passes defensed and 6.5 tackles for loss in his career. As a senior, he was named American Football Coaches Association FCS All-America team and Second-Team AP All-America. He was also named First-Team All-Southern Conference and finished second on the team with 62 tackles, one interception, one pass defensed and three tackles for loss. A 23-year old native of Mobile, AL, Tartt attended Davidson High School.

Harold (6-3, 247) was selected in the third round (79th overall) from the University of Virginia. Harold played in 36 games (25 starts) and registered 141 tackles, 17.5 sacks, 36.5 tackles for loss, four forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, two interceptions and three passes defensed. He finished his career ranked 10th in school history with 36.5 career tackles for loss and 11th with 17.5 career sacks. In 2014, he was named Touchdown Club of Richmond's Defensive Lineman of the Year, Second-Team All-ACC as he started all 12 games and tallied 54 tackles, seven sacks, 14.5 tackles for loss, two fumble recoveries, one forced fumble, one interception and two passes defensed. Bell (6-6, 252) was the first of three fourth-round draft picks (117th overall) out of the University of Oklahoma. Bell played in 43 games (16 starts) for the Sooners where he started his career at quarterback before moving to tight end as a senior. He played in 31 games (eight starts) at quarterback and completed 150 of 253 attempts (59.3 pct.) for 1,763 yards, 12 touchdowns and six interceptions while adding 627 yards and 24 touchdowns on 177 carries. As a tight end, he played in 12 games (eight starts) and registered 16 receptions for 214 yards and four touchdowns. As a senior, he was the recipient of Oklahoma's Bob Kalsu Award, which is given annually to a member of the team who personifies Kalsu's spirit of leadership, serving as a motivator and role model for his teammates. Smelter (6-2, 227) was the third of three fourth-round draft picks (132nd overall) out of Georgia Tech University. Smelter played in 25 games (20 starts) and registered 56 receptions for 1,060 yards (18.9 avg.) and 11 touchdowns. As a senior, he earned Second-Team All-ACC honors when he started all 12 games in which he appeared and notched 35 receptions for 715 yards (20.4 avg.) and seven touchdowns. A two-sport athlete for the Yellow Jackets, Smelter played baseball from 2011-13 where he pitched and played the outfield. In 2014, he played in 13 games and recorded 75 punts for 3,194 yards, a 42.6 average and 40.3 net average, 28 punts inside the 20 and two touchbacks. His 28 punts inside the 20 are a single-season school record. A 20-year old native of Concord, NC, Tartt attended Northwest Cabarrus High School.

Silberman (6-5, 306) was selected in the sixth round (190th overall) out of Boston College. Silberman played in a combined 32 games (19 starts) at BC and the University of Florida. As a senior with the Eagles, he started all 12 games and earned Third-Team All-ACC honors as a key member of an offensive line that produced the 14th-best rushing attack in the nation, averaging 251.8 yards per game, second-best in the ACC. He helped pave the way for QB Tyler Murphy who broke the ACC single-season record for rushing yards by a quarterback (1,079) and BC's career quarterback rushing yards record. A 22-year old native of Orange Park, FL, Silberman attended Fleming Island High School.

Brown (6-8, 355) was the first of two seventh-round draft picks (244th overall) from the University of Florida. Brown played in 23 games (11 starts) for the Gators. In 2014, he played in 11 games (six starts) and helped pave the way for a 187.7 rushing yards per game average, including five games with over 200 yards. After graduating high school in 2011, he spent two years at Georgia Military College and was named a second-team NJCAA Football All-America, in 2012. A 22-year old native of Albany, GA, Brown attended Westover High School.

Anderson (6-4, 246) was the second of two seventh-round draft picks (254th overall) out of the University of South Carolina. Anderson played in 48 games (19 starts) and registered 61 receptions for 954 yards and nine touchdowns. As a senior, he played in 10 games (six starts) and notched 22 receptions for 260 yards and one touchdown. A 22-year old native of Powder Springs, GA, Anderson attended McEachern High School.[
