Many draft experts predict that Wentz will be off the board by the time the San Francisco 49ers are on the clock with the seventh overall pick. Those analysts suggest that the signal-caller will go second to the Cleveland Browns. Wentz' college resume is about as impressive as they come. The quarterback won an FCS National Championship all four years at North Dakota State, including three as the Bisons starter. A wrist injury cost Wentz eight games in 2015, but he still finished with 325.5 passing yards per game and 17 touchdowns to just four interceptions.
As a clear-cut top quarterback prospect in his draft class, he's a part of one of the biggest draft day questions. Who gets selected first: Wentz or Cal's Jared Goff?
