Faithful Rewards presented by Esurance is announcing its next great road trip sweepstakes! In the past the program has sent fans to 49ers away games against the Rams, Bears and even sent a fan to Chicago for the 2016 NFL Draft. This year we are sending one member and their guest to Miami to attend 49ers at Dolphins.
The trip, fit for any 49ers Faithful, comes complete with airfare for two, a pair of tickets to the game on Sunday, November 27, 2016 and a three night hotel stay.
The Road Trip Sweepstakes to Miami is limited to members 18 years and older and runs through October 31, 2016. Full sweepstakes rules can be found here. Members of the Faithful Rewards are allowed an unlimited number of submissions; the more submissions one enters, the better chance a fan may have to win this once in a lifetime experience.

Step one: Login/Sign Up
After entering www.49ersfaithfulrewards.com click the Log In button. When prompted to select if you are an SBL Member, choose appropriately for your account. If you aren't a member of the Faithful Rewards yet, you can sign up here.
SBL Members will use the same login credentials used to sign into the Levi's® Stadium Account Manager portal.
Hint: Reset your password with the "Forgot Password?" link or email faithfulrewards@49ers.com.
Step Two: Select 'Redeem'
Once you have successfully signed in to your Faithful 49 account, press the **Redeem** button.
Step Three: Redeem your yards
Once in the Faithful Rewards redemption page, click the Miami Road Tripicon.
Each entry into the sweepstakes will cost 100 yards. Click the Redeem button to enter for your chance to head to Miami!
Once you have submitted yards for entry, press the Finish button. To submit another entry into the sweepstakes, repeat the steps above.
