2 touchdown passes for quarterback C.J. Beathard. He became the first rookie quarterback in franchise history to complete two touchdowns of 45 yards or more in a single game. It was also Beathard's first-career multi-touchdown performance.3 rushing touchdowns for Beathard so far this season, another franchise record for a 49ers rookie quarterback.

3 sacks on quarterback Eli Manning, two from Ronald Blair III who was recently reinstated from Injured Reserve with a thumb injury.

83 yard touchdown from C.J. Beathard to Marquise Goodwin – Goodwin's first touchdown of the season and the longest pass play by a member of the 49ers since Oct. 13, 2014 against the St. Louis Rams (Colin Kaepernick to Brandon Lloyd for an 83-yard touchdown).

157.8 quarterback rating in the first half for rookie quarterback C.J. Beathard. It was the highest rating by a 49ers quarterback in the first half (min. 10 attempts) since Alex Smith against the Bills in 2012.

101 completions this season for Beathard. That's a rookie franchise record for most passes completed by a rookie quarterback, passing quarterback Tom Owen in 1974 (88).
