BEFORE ARRIVING AT LEVI'S® STADIUM
Step 1: Make sure you have the latest version of the 49ers App powered by PwC installed on your phone
Step 2: Sign in to your 49ers account in the 49ers App by clicking the Profile icon in the top right.
Step 3: Add your preferred credit or debit card by clicking "Payments" from "My Wallet", located in the menu in the bottom right of the menu bar.
AT THE STADIUM
Step 1: Enter your favorite stand location and have your 49ers App ready.
Step 2: Proceed to the next available kiosk and begin by adding items to your cart. Member Inclusive Menu-eligible items will be noted by a white star inside a red circle. There is a 4-item limit per transaction for the Member Inclusive Menu benefit.
Step 3: Once you've selected all of your items, go to your cart by tapping "Mobile Wallet" on the kiosk.
Step 4: You must complete the transaction with the 49ers App to receive your Member Inclusive Menu discount.
Step 5: Open the 49ers App, tap the icon in the bottom menu bar, tap "My Wallet", and open "Scan & Pay".
Step 6: Center the QR code displayed on the kiosk screen to scan.
Step 7: If you have no balance, your order will be automatically submitted at no cost.
Step 8: If payment is required, complete your payment within the 49ers App (to save time, make sure you have added your credit card in advance).
Step 9: Your order confirmation will appear on the kiosk screen and our Levi's® Stadium concessions team will fulfill your order.
